Here is an overview of what we have achieved together this year. <\/span><\/p><h3>Key successes &amp; ongoing projects<\/h3><h4>Kenya &#8211; Food, water &amp; empowerment<\/h4><p><strong>Mpirrishi<\/strong><\/p><p>The school feeding program has been expanded to include a warm porridge meal in the morning &#8211; this increases the children&#8217;s energy and school attendance. Our commitment against female genital mutilation (FGM) continues: with safe spaces for girls and growing commitment from parents. <\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px; font-style: normal; font-size: 12px; supplies. The local water tank urgently needs to be repaired &#8211; but the children&#8217;s willingness to learn and their resilience are impressive. This important project should: <\/p><ul><li>Supplying clean drinking water for the entire community<\/li><li>Prevent diseases caused by unclean water<\/li><li>Enabling girls to go to school instead of having to fetch water<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>The costs amount to approx. CHF 45,000 with depreciation over 25 years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb3141a elementor-widget
